WebiMax is a digital marketing firm based out of Camden, NJ. The core principle that the company was built on in 2008, which we stand by to this day, is to truly help clients grow their businesses by working with them as a strategic partner rather than an outsourced vendor. 

Along with recruitment, onboarding, and training, I also am responsible for various HR tasks to support employees through their career at WebiMax. Some of these tasks include Benefit Administration, Payroll and Employee Administration, Personnel and Performance Management, Policy Creation and Administration, and Operational Support.
